The SGI workstations and a flavor of UNIX, IRIX, are just so amazing. Once you use them, you will love them for ever! I can't describe the feeling but it's definitely very very wonderful. What would you expect from 200MHZ MIPS CPU, 3GB harddisks in total, and 128MB memory, huh? It offers absolutely much much more than what you can imagine!

What can it do for me? hmmm, let me think. Web browsing, sending and receiving emails, typesetting TeX/LaTeX document, ... not fancy but grounded jobs.
